I just finished uploading this Condo for sale, 508 429 14 Street NW, Calgary, Alberta

Superb location for this large, renovated, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom + den condo, close to transportation, shops, university and downtown. Building condo conversion completely done in 2006. This particular unit was converted from 2 single bedrooms to 1 massive suite resulting in an impressive layout. Amazing, expansive kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, eat up bar, wine frig, & tons of cupboard space. Lots of high end finishings including Toto toilets, Groehe facets, electric fireplace, & large west facing windows. The 2 large bedrooms are at each end of this unit with a 4 pc bathroom close by making this a perfect unit if 2 people wanted to share. Also has a small den, plus in suite stacking laundry, very large storage unit(42) and one parking stall(58) . This unit has been a furnished rental for a few years(tidy professional) & is in impeccable condition. Carpets & couches have just been cleaned ready for next occupant. Preferred to be sold with furniture but very negotiable.
