Marketing Plan

Seller Services:

  • The absolute best venue in which to market your property is a listing on MLS.ca/Realtor.ca, which has some of the best traffic volume of buyers you can get. By listing your property with detailed descriptions and amazing photos you will draw the attention of buyers to spend more time viewing your listing and entice them to book a showing to see the real thing.
  • To give you the best online presentation possible we’ll provide you with top of the line photography, assistance with home staging, home measurements and virtual tours.
  • Open Houses are always offered if a seller requests them. It’s rare to have a buyer walk into the house during an Open House and actually buy it, but it’s happened with our listings more than enough times that we think it’s a valuable marketing opportunity. All it takes is that one person! A few times over the past 5 years we’ve provided enough information about a property and a community to buyers at open houses that they expanded their initial search area and returned with their buyers agent to purchase the house.

You will receive personalized service when working with us. When working with us you will only ever deal with one of us, never with a showing service. We’ll contact you directly to book showings, discuss feedback and to answer any other questions you may have. No answering services or office staff, just us.

What an exciting day! The beginning of a new adventure and I was watching with as much enthusiasm as the 2 & 4 yr old boys across the street, because really, it was pretty awesome! I wasn’t surprised by the power and strength of the excavator, but I was a little shocked at how dainty it’s first was. Slowly but surely the old house fell, first from the central roofline, out to the side walls, then the excavator knocked them in too, including the fireplace chimney and furnace stack. At one point to reach the back wall the excavator compacted the remains of the old house into the near portions of the basement, then rolled right over top. Within 45 minutes the excavator reached the back wall and collapsed it on top of the rest of the rubble, which filled what used to be the basement....
